Bread Flour (strong) 9 cups
Whole Wheat Flour 3 cups
Flaxseed ( powder) 1/2 cup
Nuts 1/2 cup Active Yeast 10 Tsp
Honey 1/3 cup x 3
Kosher Olive Oil 1/4 cup x 3
Medium size Egg 5 eggs
(4 whole eggs + 1 yoke)
Salt a pinch of salt
Water approx 200ml
white or black sesame
高筋面粉 9 cups
全麥粉 3 cups
亞麻籽粉 1/2 cup
堅果 1/2 cup
酵母 10 Tsp
蜜糖 1/3 cup x 3
橄欖油 1/4 cup x 3
M碼鷄蛋 5 eggs
(4 whole eggs + 1 yoke)
鹽 a pinch of salt
水 approx 200ml
