Bread Flour (strong) 9 cups
Whole Wheat Flour 5 cups
Flaxseed ( powder) 1/2 cup
Dry Grape 1/2 cup Active Yeast 30 g
Honey 1/3 cup x 3
(Kosher) Olive Oil 1/4 cup x 3
Medium size Egg 4- 5 eggs
Salt 1 tea spoon
Water approx 400ml-600ml
(adding gradually)
white or black sesame 1/4 cup
高筋面粉 9 cups
全麥粉 5 cups
亞麻籽粉 1/2 cup
乾葡萄 1 cup
酵母 30 g
蜜糖 1/3 cup x 3
橄欖油 1/4 cup x 3
M碼鷄蛋 4 - 5 eggs
鹽 1 tea spoon
水 大約 400ml-600ml
(逐漸添加)
白芝麻或黑芝麻 1/4 cup
The quantities of flour for above is over 1.7 kgs
以上麵粉用量超過1.7公斤

Notice: total quantities of flour must be over 3 lb 11 oz(approx 1.67 kgs)
